Most of the times I will accept custom orders from you. Please contact me through Εtsy convos so we can discuss the details.

Payment in case of a custom order is completed through 2 custom listings ("deposit" and "final") and-depending on the project-I will need about 5-15 days business days before shipment in order to complete your piece. Photos of the process and of the completed item will be available before shipment.

Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, that's why I will need your cooperation in order for my work to meet your wish.

Most of the rings can be made in your own ring size unless stated otherwise. Please always let me know your preferred size during checkout.In general, you might need to consider adding half size up for wider band rings. If you don't know your ring size, I suggest that you get measured by a local jeweller to avoid any mistakes while measuring.Please understand that since I'm not able to have you measured on my own,I will make any rings based on your request during checkout. Correct measuring is your own responsibility.Please make sure that you are ordering the correct size, as there is a fee for a resize. If you have any questions or need additional clarifications concerning sizing, do contact me. I'll be glad to help!

Please note that due to the handmade nature of my jewellery I cannot complete big wholesale orders. However, I will be more than happy to send you pieces of my work in case you'd like to sell them in your own shop somewhere in the world.
In that case, prices will be adjusted differently and it might take me a little longer to ship your order as I am the only person in my business !

If you'd like to return or exchange an item that is on its original good condition, please contact me first.
I will only accept parcels that are returned as mail with a tracking number and in their own gift box/pouch that were sent in.As soon as I receive your parcel I will be able to proceed to a refund or exchange. Please note that refunds will be available less the shipping costs.Also, in case of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.In case you provided me with a wrong ring size or preferred necklace length, please contact me. Most of the times I will be able to do a resizing for you.In that case a small fee might be applied.

-LOSSES-

All orders are sent as registered mail so that they can be trackable while in transit. Please understand that I'm not responsible in case of a lost or stolen package but I will make everything on my end to help you (i.e file a petition for a lost parcel via the post office).

-DAMAGES-

All items are packaged in boxes and in bubble envelopes for extra safety!
However, if, for some reason, your item arrives damaged or faulty contact me immediately on the same day you received it. I will ask you to send the parcel back to me (as mail with a tracking number and in its own pouch/gift box). As soon as it arrives to me, I will proceed to a full refund.
